My wife and I recently had a week-long stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spotless, and the morning breakfast buffet and 24/7 coffee were great. Our King bed, however, was MISERABLE: The platform under the mattress was broken, and creaked loudly (and often), while the mattress was so uncomfortable that my wife and I had to rotate it top-to-bottom just to be able to lay on it. In hindsight, we should have asked to change rooms, but it wasn't worth the hassle. If they replace the beds, I'd stay there again.
This was a great place for a two day staycation with my son . The only issue I had was the Jacuzzi was dirty & needed to be cleaned. The heated indoor pool was just what we needed . The room was perfect , thank you comfort inn
Good place in town, not too far from either shopping or good restaurants. Clean rooms and the pool was nice. Breakfasts were good, I loved the waffles
From a 17-y-o…I had no problems whatsoever. The beds were super comfy, the rooms were very nice, and they had hash browns for breakfast so… If you’re here for the Sacred Grove and other Palmyra associated things, this isn’t a bad choice for distance, especially with restaurants all around.
First time staying at this hotel. Arrived late night from New Jersey to attend a soccer match. I only stayed for the night and left first thing in the morning. My room and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was basic. The receptionist was MIA! I choose place because location was good distance to the field.
My husband and I were very pleased with our 4 nigh t stay at this hotel. I had stayed here nearly 20 years ago when it was new and it looks even better now than it did then. They've kept it in great shape. I would give 10 stars to the accommodating staff.
Stayed here on a business trip. Was able to get a room last minute at a very reasonable price. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect for nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Didnt stay for breakfast so cant review that. Would stay again
Rooms were nice and clean. A bit outdated but overall very nice. Loved that the doors to rooms don't slam shut. Made for a very quiet night at the hotel unlike other places I've stayed. Friendly service at check in. Decent enough breakfast. Like that you could make your own waffles! I would stay here again. Can't speak for pool or hot tub sadly we didn't use those while there.
